Brief: Include.io was conceived with a powerful mission: to
empower the Lesbians Who Tech community by creating a cutting-edge jobs and
HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platform. This initiative sought
to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity, promoting diversity,
equity, and inclusion within the tech industry. The platform aimed to not
only serve as a job board but also as a comprehensive tool for human
resource management, offering robust features for both job seekers and
employers. By fostering a supportive and inclusive environment, Include.io
strived to elevate the presence and influence of underrepresented groups in
technology.
